NEB supports school and educators in whatever way we can.  Our services typically fall into the following categories:

Curriculum Implementation Support

NEB helps educators implement new curriculum with fidelity.


NEB coaches are trained in a wide variety of curriculums rated green by Ed Reports. We are prepared to support educators as they adopt these curriculums for their students.  Additionally, NEB coaches support the implementation as well as the design & creation of Project Based Learning (PBL) curriculums.

Social Emotional Support

NEB helps educators meet the social emotional needs of their students, including the use of multi-tiered supports, positive behavioral supports, trauma informed supports, and culturally relevant teaching.


So far, our team members have been trained in:

  • Trauma-Informed Resilient Schools (STARR Commonwealth)

  • Youth Mental Health First Aid (LifeSpan)

Special Populations Support

NEB helps educators meet the needs of Multilingual Learners (MLLs), students with disabilities, and other special student populations through Universal Design for Learning, the SIOP Model,  and other best practices.

Tech Integration Support

NEB helps educators navigate educational technologies and effectively reach students in the virtual classrooms. 


Support may include but not be limited to: 

  • helping to lesson plan for distance learning

  • supporting teachers in becoming Google Educator certified

  • training teachers in tech tools that can support student collaboration

Customized Supports

NEB helps districts and schools get new initiatives off the ground and works to sustain them.


New initiatives may include but not be limited to: 

  • a whole school turnaround effort

  • training and support for newly hired teachers

  • leadership development for classroom teachers

  • implementing a mentoring program across a grade level team

Within each of these categories, our support is provided in the following ways:


  • Embedded and sustained professional development for all stakeholders - classroom teachers, teacher assistants/paraprofessionals, and school/district leadership.

  • 1:1 instructional coaching and curriculum planning with classroom teachers.

  • School level walkthrough & leadership consultation


Our services are typically offered in person, but like our teachers, we have adapted so that all of our services are also available virtually!
